What is covered
Glasses and contact lenses
Reimburses 100% of the cost of glasses (including prescription sunglasses) and contact lenses, including eye exams, up to €300 every two years.
Repair and maintenance
Also covers repairs to damaged or scratched glasses, as well as cleaning and maintenance products.
Vision correction surgery
Covers up to 100% with a limit of €1,000 for procedures like LASIK, including pre- and post-op check-ups.
Ophthalmological check-ups
Reimburses 100% of preventive check-ups performed by an ophthalmologist.
What is not covered
Standalone enrollment
This insurance can only be taken out together with another health supplement insurance (outpatient, hospital or dental).
Costs above the two-year limit
Amounts exceeding the €300 limit every two years for glasses and contact lenses are not covered.
